Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only, the return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.

2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only.

2.Complaints will be raise within 3 days time only after receiving the product.

Note - Maximum liability of refund is upto order value only 

After delivery, for any complaints regarding the received item, we require an unboxing video. Without this video, our website cannot accept the complaint. REfund charges are subject to deduction of COD / payments charges and shipping charges.

REPLACEMENT:

1. Replacement will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only.

2. Complaints will be raise within 3 days time only after receiving the product.

     DON'T LIKE / NOT NEEDED ANYMORE:

In case of the product not meeting your requirements or expectations but does not involve any error on our part, you may choose to raise a return / replacement request within 3 days of the order which is NOT Used or Damaged in any way.

Upon receipt of the order back to us, we will issue the refund / replacement of the same after DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES + Re-Stocking FEE @ 50% of Order Value or Rs 250 whichever is more + need to send the product back to us.

Payment would be credited once the product is received back to us and verified for any damage or issues.
